Western Union:
For bulk order, we prefer to accept western union. You will get 5% discount for WU payment.
2.What information should I include with my payment?
You must include your character's name and effective telefonnumber. We will not be able to deliver anything without your character's name.
3. Why does the price of currency changes all the time?
Our price is set according to our stock level and remained competitive with other websites. Additionally, our prices rise and fall to match the supply and demand of every game and server.
4.Before ordering make sure you meet all the following requirements,please.
Your paypal account MUST be verified and with confirmed shipping address. If your shipping address is not confirmed, you must do so by logging into your paypal account and following the required steps. If you can not get your address confirmed, you can contact us to discuss your situation but in most cases there is no exception. You will get refund if you do not meet the above requirements. You must provide your shipping address when making the payment. You must click on the "provide shipping address" option and select the address which has been (confirmed) written beside it. If this is not done, you will be refunded. All orders that do not meet delivery requirements will be placed on hold while we attempt to contact you via the e-mail address on your account. 5. What should I do if I don't receive the Gold I ordered?
Please read the Trade Process first before placing order and we publish the major reasons as follows:
Your order or payment can't pass our checking. Please check your paypal email or paypal account to check if you get the refund from us. For the orders which can't pass the checking, we will refund in 45 minutes after getting the payment. If you don't get adena or refund, please contact our live help.
The server name or character name is not correct. Please check your paypal email or contact email, we will send a letter to you for verification.
6. How is delivery accomplished?
After making an order and payment, your order will appear in our delivery queue. Our delivery team will log in the game and contact the character specified on the order form. If we can't make sure your information, we will send an email to confirm that.
